Storyboard image failed to generate
Why a TubeForge storyboard frame may fail and how to fix it — edit the AI prompt, regenerate individually or in bulk, and what to do during a service outage.
Occasionally a storyboard frame will fail to generate and display an error state instead of an image. This is almost always a temporary issue with the image generation service.
Fixing a failed frame
- Click the failed frame.
- The frame's prompt will be shown in the edit panel.
- Click Regenerate. A new image will be generated using the same prompt.
- If the frame fails again, try editing the prompt slightly — very long or complex prompts occasionally cause failures.
If many frames are failing
If most or all frames are failing, the image generation service may be experiencing an outage. Wait 10–15 minutes and use bulk regeneration to retry all failed frames.
5 credits are charged per regeneration. If frames keep failing due to a service outage, contact support — failed-frame credits can be reviewed.
