Privacy Policy

TubeForge ("we", "us") is operated by TubeForge, in the United States. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and how you delete it. Questions: privacy@tubeforge.io.

1. What we collect

  • Account: your email address, your name, and a password (stored hashed) or the sign-in method you chose.
  • Your content: the topics, scripts, images, voice and video settings you give us, and the videos TubeForge makes for you.
  • Face measurements: if you use a cast member or avatar image, our face-match check computes numeric measurements of the face to confirm that generated images match the face you chose. We use them only for that check. Face measurements are deleted 7 days after the video's run ends. When you delete your account or a presenter is replaced, they are deleted at once, except a face check still running at that moment, whose result is deleted within 7 days. We also measure where faces and eyes appear in the images and video we generate, only to check their quality. These face and eye positions are deleted about 7 days after the video's run ends, and at once when you delete your account.
  • Usage: pages visited, features used, device and browser type, IP address and error reports, to run and fix the service.
  • Payment: handled by Stripe. We receive your plan, billing status and the last four card digits. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Connected accounts (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram): when you connect one, we store the access tokens the platform gives us (encrypted), the account's name and picture, and the numbers the platform reports for the videos we post for you (for example views, watch time and likes). We don't read your other videos, your messages or your followers' details.

2. How we use it

To make and post your videos; to run your account and billing; to show you how your videos perform; to keep the service secure and fix faults; and to answer your questions. We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your content to train AI models.

3. YouTube API Services

TubeForge uses YouTube API Services to post videos to your channel and to show you how they perform. By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) also applies.

TubeForge's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can take back our access at any time:

When you disconnect a YouTube channel, we also delete its stored metrics and performance data; our hourly cleanup completes this within 7 days. When you remove our access at Google, or it can no longer be renewed, we delete the data we stored within 30 days. Deleting our copy does not delete anything on YouTube.

4. TikTok

When you connect a TikTok account, TubeForge reads the account's name and picture and the posting options TikTok offers you, posts the videos you choose, and reads their numbers. You choose the privacy level and the comment, duet and stitch settings for each post. You can take back our access by disconnecting the account under Settings → TikTok Accounts, or in TikTok under Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Manage app permissions.

Disconnecting revokes our access at TikTok, deletes the tokens, and deletes the account's stored metrics and performance data within 7 days.

5. Instagram

When you connect an Instagram professional account, TubeForge reads its name and picture, posts the videos you choose as Reels, and reads their numbers. You can take back our access by disconnecting it under Settings → Instagram Accounts, or in Instagram under Settings → Apps and websites.

Disconnecting deletes the tokens and the account's stored metrics and performance data within 7 days. (Instagram has no revoke call for us to make, so remove TubeForge in Instagram as well if you want Instagram to stop it.) When you remove TubeForge on Instagram or Facebook, Meta tells us and we disconnect the account in the same way. When you ask Meta to delete your data, Meta tells us and we delete the data we stored from your Instagram account. You can follow that request at the status link Meta shows you (https://tubeforge.io/data-deletion/<code>); the steps to ask are at https://tubeforge.io/data-deletion.

6. Who we share data with

We share only what each provider needs to do its job:

  • AI providers that make your video: OpenAI (text and quality checks), DeepSeek (text), ElevenLabs (voice), Black Forest Labs (images), HeyGen (presenter video) and Kling (video clips). Voice previews in the voice picker play directly from ElevenLabs, so your browser loads them from ElevenLabs' servers when you play one.
  • Stripe (payments).
  • Hosting and storage: our servers are hosted by IONOS in the United States. Your videos and files are stored on our own storage service there.
  • The platform you choose: when you publish, the video and your chosen title, description and tags go to YouTube, TikTok or Instagram (Meta) on your behalf.
  • Authorities, when the law requires it; and a buyer, if TubeForge is sold, with notice to you.

We do not give data from YouTube, TikTok or Instagram to anyone for advertising, and no third party serves ads on TubeForge.

7. How long we keep it

  • Account and videos: while your account is open. There is no automatic expiry. When you delete your account, everything is deleted within 30 days, backups included.
  • Connected-platform data: see sections 3 to 5. YouTube data is deleted within 30 days when you remove our access at Google.
  • Face measurements: deleted 7 days after the video's run ends; when you delete your account or a presenter is replaced, at once (a face check still running at that moment: within 7 days). Face and eye positions measured in the images and video we generate: about 7 days after the video's run ends; when you delete your account, at once.
  • Billing records: 7 years, as tax law requires.

8. Your rights and how to delete your data

You can see, correct, export or delete your data. Email privacy@tubeforge.io from your account's address and we will answer within 30 days.

  • Stop one platform: disconnect it under Settings (sections 3 to 5 say what is deleted).
  • Delete everything: use Delete account under Settings → Danger zone. Every connected channel, with its tokens, metrics and performance data, is erased first, then your account. If a channel cannot be erased, the account is not deleted until a retry succeeds. Everything is gone within 30 days, backups included.
  • Full steps: https://tubeforge.io/data-deletion.

If you live in California, the EU or the UK, you also have the rights your law gives you, including to complain to your data protection authority.

9. Cookies and tracking

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies or trackers, and we show no cookie banner. Our site stores only what it needs, in your own browser: your sign-in (a token in the browser's local storage; we set no sign-in cookie), the video settings you last chose, which version of our home page you saw (kept for 30 days), and, when you arrive from a link, the link's referral or campaign code, so a signup from it is credited (kept for 30 days, or until you close the tab). None of it is sent to anyone but TubeForge.

10. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), encrypt platform tokens, limit who can reach the data, and keep logs. No system is perfectly safe. Report a problem to security@tubeforge.io.

11. Children

TubeForge is not for anyone under 16. If we learn we hold a child's data, we delete it.

12. Changes

If we change how we use data, we will post the new date here and, for a change that matters, tell you by email and ask you to accept it again.
