Terms of Service

TubeForge is operated by TubeForge, United States.

  1. Acceptance. By using TubeForge you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy (https://tubeforge.io/privacy).
  2. The service. TubeForge helps you create videos with AI and, if you choose, post them to your connected accounts.
  3. Accounts and subscriptions. You must be 16 or older. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled; you can cancel under Billing → Cancel subscription and keep access to the end of the paid month. Unused credits can be refunded on request within 14 days of purchase. Used credits are not refunded, except where the law requires.
  4. Your content. You own what you create. You give TubeForge the right to store and process it to run the service and post it where you tell us. You promise you have the rights to what you upload and that it does not break the law.
  5. Acceptable use. No illegal, hateful or deceptive content; no sexual content involving minors; no impersonating a real person; no spam or mass posting; no breaking YouTube's, TikTok's or Instagram's rules. We may remove content or suspend an account that does.
  6. AI-generated content. Videos are made with AI. You are responsible for checking them before they go out and for disclosing AI content where a platform or law requires it. Videos TubeForge posts to YouTube are marked "altered or synthetic content". Videos TubeForge posts to TikTok carry TikTok's "AI-generated content" label.
  7. Third-party services. TubeForge uses OpenAI, DeepSeek, ElevenLabs, Black Forest Labs, HeyGen and Kling to make your videos, and posts through YouTube, TikTok and Instagram. By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). TikTok's and Meta's terms apply to their accounts in the same way.
  8. Our liability. To the extent the law allows, TubeForge is not liable for indirect loss, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
  9. No warranty. The service is provided "as is"; AI output can be wrong.
  10. Changes. We may change these terms; we will post the date and tell you of a material change by email. Continuing to use TubeForge after that is acceptance.
