Delete your TubeForge data

Disconnect one account (YouTube, TikTok or Instagram)

1. Sign in at https://tubeforge.io and open Settings, then YouTube Channels, TikTok Accounts or Instagram Accounts.
2. Choose the bin icon next to the account, and confirm.

We revoke access where the platform allows it (YouTube and TikTok), delete the tokens, and delete the account's stored metrics and performance data within 7 days. Instagram has no revoke step for us to call; remove TubeForge in Instagram under Settings → Apps and websites too.

You can also remove TubeForge at the platform: YouTube at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions (we delete what we stored within 30 days); TikTok under Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Manage app permissions; Instagram under Settings → Apps and websites (Meta tells us, and we disconnect the account in the same way; if you ask Meta to delete your data, we delete what we stored from it).

Delete your whole account

1. Sign in, open Settings, and under Danger zone choose Delete account, then confirm with your password.
2. Every connected channel, with its tokens, metrics and performance data, is erased first, then your account. If a channel cannot be erased, the account is not deleted; try again and it finishes the rest.
3. Everything is deleted within 30 days, backups included.

Cannot sign in? Email privacy@tubeforge.io from the address on your account with "Delete my data" in the subject. We do it and reply within 30 days.

What we may keep: payment records that tax law requires, for 7 years. Deleting our copy does not delete anything on YouTube, TikTok or Instagram.
