Uploading assets
How to upload images to your TubeForge asset library, supported file types and size limits, and how to attach assets to a video for AI storyboard context.
Assets are images you upload to TubeForge for use in your videos. When you include assets in a video, the AI can use them as reference material when generating storyboard frames.
Uploading a file
- Go to Assets in the sidebar.
- Click Upload and select a file from your device.
- The file will upload and appear in your asset library.
Supported file types
- Images: JPEG, PNG, WebP, GIF
- The maximum file size is 20 MB per file.
Using assets in a video
On the new video form, you'll see an Assets section where you can select up to 10 assets to attach to the video. The AI uses these as visual context when generating storyboard images.
AI analysis
When you upload an image, TubeForge runs AI analysis on it to understand its content. This analysis is used to improve prompt generation for storyboard frames that reference the asset. Analysis typically completes within 30 seconds of upload.
