Upgrading or downgrading your plan
How to upgrade or downgrade your TubeForge subscription, what happens to connected channels and active Series on downgrade, and how billing proration works.
Upgrading
Go to Billing in the sidebar and click Upgrade. Select the new plan and complete the checkout. Your new plan takes effect immediately and you'll be charged the prorated difference for the remaining billing period.
Downgrading
Go to Billing and click Change plan. Select the lower plan. The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep your current plan's features until then.
What happens to connected channels when downgrading?
If your new plan supports fewer channels than you currently have connected, you'll be asked to disconnect the excess channels before the downgrade goes through. For example, downgrading from Pro (3 channels) to Starter (1 channel) requires you to disconnect 2 channels first.
What happens to active series when downgrading?
If your new plan has a lower Series limit, your oldest series will be paused automatically until you are within the new limit.
