Cancellation and refunds
How to cancel your TubeForge subscription and TubeForge's refund policy.
Cancelling your subscription
Go to Billing in the sidebar and click Cancel subscription. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account moves to the Free plan.
What happens after cancellation
- All your videos, storyboards, and assets remain accessible
- Active Series are paused
- Connected channels beyond the Free limit (0) are disconnected
- You can continue to use the Free plan features
Refund policy
TubeForge subscriptions are billed monthly and are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support within 7 days of the charge.
Unused credits do not roll over after cancellation and are not refunded.
