Scheduled publishing

How to schedule a TubeForge video to publish at a future date and time on YouTube, available on Pro and Agency plans, and how to change a scheduled time.

ProAgency

Scheduled publishing requires a Pro or Agency plan.

Instead of publishing a video immediately, you can schedule it to go live at a specific date and time.

How to schedule a publish

  1. Open a completed video.
  2. Click Publish to YouTube.
  3. Fill in the title, description, and tags as normal.
  4. Toggle the Publish at option.
  5. Pick a date and time.
  6. Click Schedule.

The video will be uploaded to YouTube immediately as a private video and set to go public at the scheduled time. You'll see a Scheduled status on the video detail page.

Changing or cancelling a schedule

To change the publish time, go to YouTube Studio and edit the video's visibility settings there. TubeForge does not currently support rescheduling from within the app.
