Publishing to YouTube
How to publish your finished video directly to YouTube from TubeForge.
YouTube publishing requires a Starter plan or higher and at least one connected YouTube channel.
Instant publish
On the video detail page of a completed video, click Publish to YouTube. You'll be prompted to fill in:
- Title — the YouTube video title (max 100 characters)
- Description — shown below the video on YouTube (max 5000 characters)
- Tags — comma-separated keywords
- Category — the YouTube content category
- Channel — which connected channel to publish to
- AI disclosure — enables the YouTube-required label for AI-generated content
Scheduled publishing
Scheduled publishing is available on Pro and Agency plans. Set a Publish at date and time to schedule the video instead of publishing immediately.
After publishing
Once published, the video's status changes to Published and a YouTube link appears on the video detail page. YouTube may take a few minutes to process the video before it appears on your channel.
You cannot unpublish or delete a YouTube video from TubeForge. To remove a video from YouTube, go to YouTube Studio.
