Inviting team members
How to invite team members to your TubeForge workspace on the Agency plan, what permissions team members have, and how to remove a member.
Agency
Team seats are available on the Agency plan (5 seats). All other plans include 1 seat (the account owner only).
Inviting a team member
- Go to Settings.
- Scroll to the Team section.
- Click Invite member.
- Enter the email address of the person you want to invite.
- Click Send invite.
The invited person will receive an email with a link to accept the invitation. They'll need to create a TubeForge account if they don't have one.
Team member permissions
Team members can create and manage videos, series, channels, and assets. They cannot access billing, invite other members, or delete the workspace.
Removing a team member
In Settings under Team, click the remove button next to a team member's name. Their access is revoked immediately.
